Enrollment Application for New Families

Thank you for your interest in our schools! Please review our enrollment process below to ensure you are aware of the full process & requirements before you begin an application.

Registration for new families for the 2025-2026 school year will open on
February 10, 2025 at 6:00 am.

Spots are filled on a first come first serve basis based on program and availability.

Information needed at the time of registration:

  • Child and Family Information

  • Allergy, Health & Dietary Concerns

  • Birth Certificate (PDF)

  • Parent Drivers Licenses/Photo IDs (Image/PDF)

  • Name and Phone Number of Emergency Contacts/Authorized Pick Ups

    • Must have at least one and someone other than parent(s)

  • Pediatrician Name and Phone Number

  • Dentist Name and Phone Number 

Step 1:
Application

To begin registration, you will be asked to submit an online application for each child you wish to enroll. Please note:

  • A copy of the child’s birth certificate & copies of drivers licenses for parents/guardians must be uploaded during this step

  • Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.

  • Children must be potty-trained upon entering the Pre-Primary Program.

  • VPK acceptance is conditional. We must receive your VPK Certificate of Eligibility.

  • To be eligible for VPK, children must be 4 years old by September 1, 2025.

Step 2:
Review & Acceptance

Our dedicated staff will review your application and documents and notify you when it has been approved. You will be sent a secure link via email to pay your non-refundable registration fee. Spots are filled on a first come first serve basis based on program and availability. Your application will automatically be added to our Waitlist if the program is at capacity.

Step 3:
Complete Registration

Once your registration fee has been paid, your student will be automatically accepted into the program. The following documents are required to be submitted before the start of the new school year:

  • Certificate of Health, (Yellow Form, DH form 3040)

  • Florida Certificate of Immunization (Blue Form, DH form 680)

  • Immunization Exemption Form (if applicable)

  • Copy of the child’s birth certificate

  • VPK Application Form OR VPK Certificate of Eligibility (VPK Applicants only)

  • Photo copy of drivers licenses for all parents & authorized pick ups
